It's party time again Hodjas!!!
I am excited about being in Orlando for our next event, and I think you will be too! After
scouring our nation for the best possible location for this event, Orlando was by far the most
accommodating, and offered the most bang for our buck!
Our event will be held at Universal Studios Orlando! Universal Studios offers something for everyone, and for every age, so we hope to see you bring your families with you this time. We will still have our pre-reunion party, and margarita night in the hospitality suite for an adult only break, but plenty of family friendly things to do as well. Please be advised that the discount group rate we have negotiated with the hotels has been extended to three days prior to our event beginning June 14, 2010, and for three days after our event to June 23, 2010. The rate and availability is guaranteed for the dates of our event, however, for the three days prior and post this will be based on availability. If you would like to come earlier and/or stay later, I strongly recommend you book your room now. We have had to completely change the date of our event due to the fact that one of the three hotels we have contracted with was already booked for the weekend we had initially considered. Orlando hotels get booked up very far in advance.
The Itinerary for this event is as follows. However, please keep in mind that the itinerary is subject to be adjusted at some point as our registration grows.
Noon - Hospitality Suite opens for early registration
(Hospitality Suite will be at the Portofini Bay Resort at
Universal Studios)
6:00pm - Dutch Treat Dinner originally planned for Margaritaville City Walk Universal. 
however, we are looking into going to an
offsite Turkish Restuarant.
Average meal prices range from $15.00 - $25.00, and they accept all major credit
cards and cash. FAMILY FRIENDLY
9:00pm - PRE-REUNION PARTY!!!!!!! (If you have never been...you don't want to miss this!)

Morning/Daytime Free Enjoy the parks, go shopping or just lay by the pool! The morning is free to spend how
you choose!
1:00PM-2:00PM "MARTINIS, BIKINIS & MANKINIS" hosted by Crystal Robinson, Amber Robinson, Kellie Patane, Mary Jaohnon
Kim Webber and Peggy Hyatt! This event will be held by the Portofini Bay private pool at the rear of the
hotel. Each guest will receive two drink tickets, and light snacks will be provided! We will have exclusive

5:00PM-9:00/10:00PM - Our alumni will depart Portofino Bay Resort via Private Motorcoach to Black Hammock Adventures
10:00PM - Party in the hospitality suite!!! ADULTS ONLY

ALL DAY!
12:00-2:00PM Our alumni will be treated to a private picnic style lunch in the Garden of Allah inside the
Universal Studios Park! In the event of rain, the event will be moved to an indoor location
inside Citywalk. This one is for the entire family. Please do not forget when ordering your
park tickets that you and your registered guests will already have a full day pass to Universal
Studios for June 19th!

June 20, 2010 - Farewells in the Hospitality Suite with juices, coffee, bagels
and danishes. FAMILY FRIENDLY
We have a couple other funs things that will be held during this
reunion as well. We have a Margarita Party (ADULTS ONLY) being hosted by Leslie
Angle and Peggy Hyatt...date and time to be announced. I am also
looking for a few alumni willing to co-host a "Martinis & Bikinis" (FAMILY FRIENDLY)
party by one of the hotel's pool areas. If you are interested in
co-hosting this with me, please let me know at

I have had several people ask me if they can pay for their
registration in payments. Absolutely! We have always permitted
registration fees to be paid in payments! Easiest for you and for me
would be four payments of $42.00 per month starting February. This
equates to a few dollars more than just paying the full amount, but
that difference covers the added Paypal fees. Please go to the registration

Getting registered with the hotel is also a simple process! We have
negotiated very good discounts for all three of the hotels on
Universal Studios - Hard Rock Hotel, Portofino Bay Resort and Royal
Pacific. All three are full service, Five Star resorts! Prepare to
be pampered! Although the rates are higher than we have paid in other
cities, you really get what you pay for at these hotels. Each hotel
offers great dining, shopping, theme pools and tons of excitement!
The convenience of staying on-site alone is worth the difference in
price. There are complimentary water shuttles and bike taxis that can
take you throughout the property in just minutes. We get great
discounts on parking for those of you driving in or renting cars.
Best of all, however, is the Express Pass that each of you (and
those registered in your room) get for free if you are a guest at one
of these hotels. That is a $45.99 per person, per day
savings!!! I have been to these parks many times...believe me when I
say you do not want to attempt to visit the parks without this pass!

If you have not already done so, please be sure to get your room
booked immediately!!!!! OUR ROOM BLOCK IS ALMOST FULL, and I will be
unable to increase our room block after March 1!!!!!! This is very
important!!! If you wait until after the block is full, and it is too
late to increase the block, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE!!! Please
book your room today so I will have the ability to increase the block
so more can afford to join us!
We are also being given a discount for Spa services at the Portofino
Bay Resort. The spa at Portofino Bay is top notch, and is an award
winning, full-service facility with ample stations to accommodate large
groups.
In addition to the spa, we will have our own personal manicurist at
your disposal at greatly discounted prices located in our hospitality
suite!!! The manicurist has a very cool selection of gel nails to
include "MARGARITA NAILS"!!! I guess everyone knows which one I'm
getting!!!! Guys...she does more than gel nails...manicures are for
everyone!! Girls, be sure to wait and get your nails done with Leslie
and I in the hospitality suite! I will have pictures of some of the
gel nail selections soon, so if you are interested email me and I will
send them to you.
