REGISTRATION PAGE

Registration for this event is now open! Please email us if you have any questions, or to discuss payment arrangements of your registration fee.

The Incirlik Alumni Association is now accepting credit card payments through PayPal. Please scroll to the bottom of this page to view PayPal options. Since the Incirlik Alumni Association is a non-funded service, we have incorporated a fee for paypal services.

Payment Schedule

The total cost for registration is $165.00. However, due to the fact that our caterers and other suppliers will increase our costs as we get the closer to the event, we have to impose increases as well. If you cannot attend the entire event, or have a guest who will not be attending the entire event, please email me to work out the details for pro-rated fees. Please see our itinerary page for more datails. You will see that you are getting ALOT for your money!

All registrations prior to May 1st will be $165.00 per alumni, and $145.00 per guest. This is the fee for the entire event. The guest fee includes everything except the reunion directory and t-shirts.

All registrations paid after May 1st will have an increase of $10.00 for a total of $175.00 per alumni, and a $5.00 increase per guest totalling $150.00 per guest. Sorry, no refunds can be made after May 1st, 2010. Also, registrations paid at the door will have an additional increase, and will be $195.00 for alumni, and $160.00 for guests. Sorry, but the longer people wait to register the more I get charged by our providers.

We have also set Paypal up below to accept payments beginning February of $42.00 per month through May for those who need to pay registration fees in payments. Lot's of people need this, so don't feel bad!!! If you don't get your first payment in before the end of February, just email me and we can make adjustments.

The payment for registration may be snailed mailed to us via check or money order payable to Peggy Hyatt, 220 Honeysuckle Lane, Titus, AL 36080. Please email me if you have any special requests or needs at the email link provided above. If there is anyway we can assist our alumni in making it to one of our reunions, please feel free to contact me.

Anyone needing a roommate for the reunion please let me know early on, and we will get you paired up with someone from your era. For those driving, try to connect with someone else from your area for carpooling. Again, email me, and I will be happy to help you with this.

In the past we have experienced problems with alumni attempting to pay registration via Paypal. I have been informed by Paypal that this problem is the result of the security settings on the users PC. Below are the instructions provided by Paypal:
